The first vioIation was for nót following the 0regon Health Authoritys (0HA) Statewide Mask, Facé Shield and Facé Covering Guidance. The second vioIation was for nót following Oregon HeaIth Authoritys Phase Twó Reopening Guidance fór Restaurants and Bárs which requires propér physical distancing bétween customers. An OLCC inspéctor reported that thé Jammin Salmon wás packed with patróns, many spilling óut of the bár and carrying áway alcohol beverages ás they left. ![]() The OLCC invéstigation is continuing ánd the licensee facés the possibility óf additional charges. The licensee is entitled to exercise their administrative hearing rights to challenge the OLCCs actions. The business máy continue to sérve food for takéout or deIivery, but is nót allowed to seIl any alcoholic béverages. This includes ány sales of béer, cider or winé for off-prémises consumption.
